If you can, feel free to print the images from this blog for your private, non-commercial use, and insert them in your copy.

There is a wonderful story book collectors and dealers tell about how Hutton wrote this book before she struck it rich, then when her point of view changed as her wealth grew, she would go around the Silver Valley in Idaho, to houses where she knew copies to be and ask for a drink of water to get the host out of the room while she took the host's copy and tore the pages out she no longer agreed with.
